Hi, my name is Robert Smith and I am a Certified LabVIEW Architect and a Certified Professional Instructor, and I have been using LabVIEW to solve interesting problems since 2009.  I have been fortunate enough throughout my professional career to have worked with and learned from some great LabVIEW developers, and I hope this blog will help me share some of the things I’ve picked up along the way.  I enjoy how LabVIEW allows me to tackle problems quickly, but doing so requires an understanding of both fundamental concepts in computer science and the intricacies of the LabVIEW environment.  Coming from a mechanical engineering background, I have picked up most of this understanding from coding real world projects and I hope that practical insight is helpful to readers.
